ingredients:
- 14 ounces raw salmon
- 4 servings sushi rice
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 sheet dried laver (optional)
- suitable amount wasabi (Japanese horseradish) (optional)

step 1:
Cut the raw salmon into bite-size pieces.

step 2:
Place the raw salmon over the sushi rice.

step 3:
Cut the dried laver (optional) into slivers with scissors. Sprinkle the dried laver over the salmon.

This can be served in two ways. Either pour soy sauce and place wasabi (optional) over the salmon. Or, serve soy sauce and wasabi in a separate small dish. Dip the salmon into the dipping sauce as you eat it.
comment:
This dish is easier than other sushi recipes. The combination of raw salmon and sushi rice has a good taste.
