shrimp & cottage cheese salad with wasabi dressing

- 12 shrimps
- 1 3/4 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 1/2 ounces lettuce
- 2 cups water
- a little salt
Hull shell and devein the shrimps. Wash them. Mix the 2 cups water and salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp and boil for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, salad oil, and wasabi in a small bowl.
Tear off the lettuce. Put the lettuce, boiled shrimps and cottage cheese in a shallow serving bowl. Pour the dressing over it.
This dressing has the pungent taste of wasabi. It is very suitable with other dishes, too, such as meat or fish.
