ingredients:
- 10 raw oysters
- a little salt and pepper
- 3/4 ounce flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

step 1:
Wash the oysters and wipe dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

step 2:
Lightly coat the oysters with the flour in a pan shallow.

step 3:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the oysters and pan-broil on each side a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add soy sauce and remove from the heat.

comment:
After pan-broiling oysters, they change into a unique flavor. The combination of oysters, butter and soy sauce has a good taste.
