Salt-Grilled Japanese Seaperch


  • 14 1/2 ounces Japanese seaperch fillet
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Wash the Japanese seaperch fillets and cut into half.

Lightly salt them on the top side. Leave for 10 minutes.

Place on grill under high heat. Grill each side for about 6 minutes.
