- 14 1/2 ounces Japanese seaperch fillet
- 1 teaspoon salt

step 1:
Wash the Japanese seaperch fillets and cut into half.

step 2:
Lightly salt them on the top side. Leave for 10 minutes.

step 3:
Place on grill under high heat. Grill each side for about 6 minutes.

If you like, pour a suitable amount san-bai-zu (soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar dressing) described below.
