Surimi Coleslaw
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 ounces surimi (imitation crabmeat)
  • 3 1/2 ounces cabbage
  • 1 ounce onion
  • 3 ounces carrot
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
Step 1

Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion. Cut the carrot into julienne slices.

Tear the surimi into strips.

Put the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the surimi (imitation crabmeat), cabbage, onions and carrots. Mix them.

Surimi is easy to tear, so this dish can be made quickly. The surimi accentuates the flavor and makes a delicious coleslaw salad.
