Seared Scallops & Napa Cabbage with Soy Sauce
Ingredients

  • 6 raw scallops
  • 1/2 pound napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
Step 1

step 1:

Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-size pieces.

Step 2

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the scallops on each side a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan.

Step 3

Add the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) and sear for 5 minutes.

Return the scallops to the frying pan and add the salt, pepper and soy sauce and sear.
