ingredients:
- 1/4 ounce dried hijiki
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- a little salt
- 1 cup water for soaking
- 1 1/2 cups water for boiling

step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 1 cup of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.

step 2:
Add the 1 1/2 cups of water to a pan. Bring to a boil and add the hijiki. After boiling, drain the hijiki. Let it cool.

step 3:
Mix the vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl.

step 4:
Add the hijiki and mix.
