- 7 ounces raw tuna
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- salad oil for deep frying
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
Cut the tuna into bite-size pieces.
Peel the garlic and slice. Mix all the tuna, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes in a refrigerator.
In another bowl, combine the egg and wheat flour to make the coating. After 20 minutes, remove the tuna pieces from the marinade and add to the coating.
Heat the oil to 170 °C and deep-fry the tuna pieces for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Chicken nuggets are a very common dish, but deep-fried tuna nuggets are quite unique. The flavor of garlic and soy sauce suits the tuna very well.
