ingredients:
- 280 g rice
- 8 g dried wakame
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon sweet sake for seasoning (mirin)
- a little salt
- 330 ml water

step 1:
Put the dried wakame in a Ziploc plastic bag for cooking. With a rolling pin, pound the wakame into small pieces.

step 2:
Wash the rice. Add the water, dried wakame pieces, sake, sweet sake for seasoning (mirin) and salt. Switch on the rice cooker.
