Ginger-Seasoned Rice


  • 60 g ginger
  • 280 g rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 400 ml water

Peel and cut the ginger into julienne slices.

Wash the rice. Add the water, ginger, sake and soy sauce. Switch on the rice cooker.
