Cut the scallops into 1.5 cm. cubes. Peel and cut the ginger into julienne slices.
Wash the rice. Add the water, scallops, ginger and soy sauce. Switch on the rice cooker.
After cooking, wait 5 minutes before stirring the rice mixture.
The scallops and ginger make this a delicious seasoned rice.
