  • 10 g mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)
  • or baby leaves (optional)
  • 1 serving sushi rice

Place the sushi rice on a dish. If the slices of ham are large, cut into bite-sized pieces.

If you want to use the green leaves of mizuna or baby leaves, cut into 3 cm. long pieces and sprinkle over the rice. Place the ham over the green leaves or the rice.
