ingredients:
- 280 g canned tuna (without oil)
- 4 eggs
- 90 g lettuce
- 4 servings sushi rice
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cook sushi rice.

step 2:
Tear off the lettuce into bite-size. If using canned tuna with oil, drain the oil.

step 3:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, and add in the salt.

step 4:
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the mixture. Stir-fry for one minute.

step 5:
Place the lettuce over the sushi rice, and then decorate with the tuna and eggs.

comment:
As a sushi dish made from scratch, this is easy because it only requires scrambling eggs and making sushi rice.
