ingredients:
- 3 1/2 ounces sweet potato
- 1/2 package shimeji mushrooms
- 3 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sake
- 2/3 ounce butter
step 1:
Wash the sweet potato and slice it into 1/2 in.-wide pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.
step 2:
Mix the soy sauce and sake in a small bowl.
step 3:
Wrap the shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, sweet potato, soy sauce mixture and the butter in two aluminium foil pieces.
step 4:
Put the wrapped ingredients in a frying pan and cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
