Ingredients

  • 1 4/5 ounces shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 3/4 ounces shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step 1

step 1:

Slice the garlic. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps into strips. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

Put the olive oil and sliced garlic in a frying pan over a low flame and sear.

Add the mushrooms and saute, sometimes stirring on a medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper and saute for 1 minute.
