- 1 4/5 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 1 3/4 ounces shimeji mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
step 1:
Slice the garlic. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps into strips. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
