- 3 ounces green pepper
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Cut the bacon slices into 8 equal portions.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the bacon for 2 minutes. Add the green pepper and sear for 1 minute.
step 3:
Add the soy sauce.
