ingredients:
- 3 1/2 ounces green pepper(s)
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
step 1:
Cut the green pepper(s) in half and remove the seeds. Cut diagonally into half. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.
step 2:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the green peppers and shiitake mushrooms a couple of minutes on medium heat.
step 3:
Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Saute one minute.

Adding salt and pepper to this dish increases the deep taste and makes it very delicious. Because only a little soy sauce is used, you can better enjoy the taste of the green peppers and the shiitake mushrooms.
