- 4 ounces fresh green soybeans
- (or frozen green soybeans)
- 3 1/2 ounces cabbage
- 2 1/2 ounces canned corn
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- a little salt (if using fresh green soybeans)
- 1 cup water (if using fresh green soybeans)
step 1:
Cut the cabbage into dice-size pieces.
step 2:
If using frozen green soybeans, defrost them and remove the green beans from the pods.
step 3:
If using fresh green soybeans, wash and drain them. Bring the 1 cup of water to a boil, and add a little salt and the green soybeans. Bring to a boil again, and boil for three to four minutes.
step 4:
Drain the soybeans in a colander and remove the green beans from the pods.
step 5:
Put the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
