ingredients:
- 3 ounces spinach
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 3 1/3 cups bonito soup stock
- 3 tablespoons white or red miso
step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and wash it. Cut the spinach into 2 in. long pieces.
step 2:
Boil the bonito soup stock. Add the spinach.
step 3:
After boiling, put some stock into a ladle. Add the white or red miso and stir with chopsticks until it is dissolved. Stir into the soup. Remove from heat.
step 4:
Add the yogurt and stir.

Both miso and yogurt are fermented foods and are very healthy dishes. Miso and yogurt may seem like a mismatch, but the combination is quite tasty.
