Broccoli & Eggs Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise
Ingredients

  • 2 ounces broccoli
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2/3 ounce mayonnaise  
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 2 cups water for boiling
Step 1

Cut the broccoli into pieces. Cut the eggs into bite-size pieces.

Fill a medium-size pan with the 2 cups water. Bring to a boil and add the broccoli. Boil for about 8 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain the broccoli.

Mix the wasabi and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add the broccoli and eggs. Mix them.
