Sauteed Onion with Soy Sauce
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 10 1/2 ounces onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step 1

Cut the onion into 1/2 in. wide slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the sliced onion and saute over a medium flame for 3 minutes each side.

Add the soy sauce and saute for one minute.

The sweet taste of the onion combines very well with the soy sauce.
