- 740 g fresh spinach
- 400 g boneless chicken thigh
- 4 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and wash. Cut spinach into 5 cm. long pieces.
step 2:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
step 3:
Put the chicken, spinach, sugar and soy sauce in a pan. Cover and simmer on medium heat.
step 4:
Simmer until the chicken changes color. Beat the egg and add to the pan. Cover again.
step 5:
Cook until the egg is your favorite consistency.
