- 230 g cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 120 ml bonito soup stock
step 1:
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash.
step 2:
Put the bonito soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage, sugar and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
