- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
step 1:
Peel the potato and cut into 0.5 cm. slices.
step 2:
Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.
step 3:
Sear the opposite side for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the remaining butter and soy sauce.

Butter and soy sauce are often used together in Japanese cooking. The combination with potatoes is very good, and makes this dish very tasty. Adding more butter in the final step makes the potatoes more flavorful.
