ingredients:
- 150 g broccoli
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds or 2 tablespoons ground toasted sesame seeds (optional)
If you don't use white sesame seeds, start with Step 3.
step 1:
Parch the white sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium-high heat until they crackle and pop.
step 2:
Put them in an earthenware mortar (suribachi) or food processor and grind.
step 3:
Divide the broccoli into small florets (including stems, if desired). If you don't eat broccoli raw, put the broccoli in a heat-resistant container or on a plate and cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven to the desired softness.
step 4:
Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl. Add ground toasted sesame seeds (optional).
comment:
Broccoli contains minerals, vitamins, and phytochemicals, soy sauce is a fermented food, and sesame seeds contain a good balance of fat, protein, and carbohydrates, plus minerals, vitamins, and dietary fiber, making this dish healthy and delicious.
