comment:
This common homemade French dish easily turns into Japanese style with the addition of sesame seeds. Sesame contains lipids, proteins, vitamins and minerals and increases immunity, lowers cholesterol and keeps you young. The sesame suits the sour tasting carrots. If you let it set for a while, the sour taste soaks more into the carrots and makes the dish even more delicious.
