Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice the long green onions (green part) diagonally into 5 cm. pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the long green onions (green part) and sear for about 1 minute on medium heat. Add the soy sauce and salt. Stir. Remove from heat.
