Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients

  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g enoki mushrooms
  • 100 g shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step 1

Chop the garlic. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 3 cm. from the end and cut in half. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and sear, sometimes stirring on a medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.

Remove from the heat and add the soy sauce and vinegar. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
