ingredients:
- 4 raw scallops
- 50 ml sake

step 1:
Wash the scallops.

step 2:
Put the scallops and sake into a frying pan. Cover and boil until they open (about 3 minutes).

Put the scallops into serving bowls and pour the soup over them.
comment:
The scallop and soup which is mixed with sake becomes very delicious. Be careful not to overheat them, or they will become too hard.
