ingredients:
- 120 g raw scallops
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

step 1:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the scallops and pan-broil on each side a couple of minutes on medium heat.

step 2:
Add the soy sauce and remove from the heat.

comment:
The soy sauce suits the scallops very well. The combination of scallops, soy sauce and butter has a good taste.
