- 3 1/2 ounces shrimps
- 1 ounce boiled green peas
- 2 servings hot steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- a little salt and pepper
step 1:
Hull shell and devein the shrimps.
step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the shrimps. Pan-broil and stir for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
step 3:
Add the rice and green peas, and mix while cooking for another minute.
step 4:
Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce, and stir.
