- 2 ounces pickled onions
- 1 serving sushi rice
- a little soy sauce (optional)
step 1:
Cook the sushi rice.
step 2:
Place the sushi rice on a dish. If the slices of smoked salmon are large, cut into bite-sized pieces.

If you want to use the Pickled Onions, drain some of the fluid from them and sprinkle over the rice. Place the smoked salmon over the onions or the rice.
If you to use the soy sauce, pour it over the dish.
