- 5 1/2 ounces raw oysters
- 1/3 ounce long green onion or scallion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 servings steamed rice
- 2 1/2 cups sea tangle soup stock or water
step 1:
Wash the oysters and wipe dry with a paper towel. Chop long green onion (or scallion) into small pieces.
step 2:
Boil sea tangle soup stock (or water) and mix in the rice. Boil one minute.
step 3:
Add the oysters, salt and soy sauce. Cover and boil a couple of minutes.
Pour into serving bowls. Sprinkle with the chopped long green onion (or scallion).
