ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 7 ounces frozen green soybeans
- 1/4 pound surimi (imitation crabmeat)
- 4 servings sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cook the sushi rice.

step 2:
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the eggs and stir-fry.

step 3:
Defrost the green beans in the microwave and remove them from the pods.

step 4:
Place the sushi rice on four dishes. Decorate with the eggs, green soybeans and surimi (imitation crabmeat).

comment:
The yellow of the eggs, the green of the soybeans, and the red of the surimi make this dish a beautiful sight.
