- 4 ounces sliced roast beef
- or japanese-style roast beef
- 2 servings sushi rice
- a little soy sauce (optional)
- a little wasabi (japanese horseradish) (optional)
step 1:
Cook the sushi rice.
step 2:
If the beef slices are too big, cut into bite-size pieces.
step 3:
Place the sushi rice on two dishes. Decorate with the beef. If you like, place the wasabi on top or on the side.
If you like, pour the soy sauce over the dish. Wasabi can be dissolved in soy sauce or placed on top of the roast beef.

Roast beef and sushi rice go well together. If the roast beef doesn't have much flavor, it might taste better with a little soy sauce.
