- 10 ounces rice
- 7 ounces chicken
- 1/5 ounce dried hijiki
- 3 ounces package shimeji mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
step 2:
Wash the rice. Add the water, chicken, hijiki, shimeji mushrooms and soy sauce to the rice cooker and switch it on.
step 3:
After cooking, stir the rice mixture.
