- 9 4/5 ounces rice
- 7 ounces or 2 fillets raw salmon
- 1/5 ounce dried wakame
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/8 cups water
step 1:
Put the dried wakame in a Ziploc plastic bag for cooking. With a rolling pin, pound the wakame into small pieces.

Wash the salmon. If using 7 ounces salmon, cut into 2 or 3 pieces.

Wash the rice. Add the water, salmon, dried wakame pieces, sake, and salt. Switch on the rice cooker.
