Ingredients

  • 7 ounces fresh no salt salmon filets
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • salad oil for deep-frying

coating:

  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over them.

Mix the grated ginger and soy sauce in a bowl or container. Add the salmon and let stand for 10 minutes.

Mix the coating ingredients in another bowl or container. Add the salmon to the coating and mix.

Deep-fry slowly (about 5 minutes) in a wok at 340°F.
