ingredients:
- 7 ounces raw tuna
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- salad oil for deep frying
Coating:
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
step 1:
Cut the tuna into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel the garlic and slice. Mix all the tuna, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes in a refrigerator.
step 3:
In another bowl, combine the egg and wheat flour to make the coating. After 20 minutes, remove the tuna pieces from the marinade and add to the coating.
step 4:
Heat the oil to 170 °C and deep-fry the tuna pieces for a couple of minutes until golden brown.

Chicken nuggets are a very common dish, but deep-fried tuna nuggets are quite unique. The flavor of garlic and soy sauce suits the tuna very well.
