ingredients:
- 1/2 pound cod fillets
- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
step 1:
Cut the cod into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.
step 2:
Place the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the cod fillets on one side for about 6 minutes on low heat. After they change color, fry the opposite side for about 4 minutes on low heat.
step 3:
Add the spinach and stir-fry on medium heat.
step 4:
When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt and soy sauce.
comment:
When you have stomach trouble, cod and spinach are good for the digestion. Both ingredients become soft, and the soy sauce taste soaks into them. This dish is very delicious.
