- 2 salmon fillets
- 3 1/2 ounces spinach
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon red or white miso
- a little salt
- 2/3 ounces butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 1/2 ounces macaroni
- 1 quart water for boiling macaroni
step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Pour the 1 liter of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. After boiling, drain the macaroni in a colander.
step 3:
Put the butter in a frying pan and sear the salmon for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the spinach and sear.

Preheat the oven to 480 °F. Add 1/2 tablespoon of the flour and mix. Add the remaining flour into the mixture in fourths and mix each time in the same manner.

Add one fourth of the milk and mix. Add the remaining milk into the mixture in fourths and mix in the same manner each time.

After boiling, put some sauce into a spoon. Add the miso and stir with chopsticks until it is dissolved. Stir into the soup.
