ingredients:
- 7 ounces or 2 pieces salmon
- 2 1/2 ounces onion
- 6 button mushrooms
- suitable amount soy sauce
- a little salt
- 2/3 ounce butter
step 1:
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the salmon. Thinly slice the onion and the mushrooms.
step 2:
Wrap the salmon, the onion, and mushroom slices and the butter in aluminium foil.
step 3:
Put the wrapped salmon in a frying pan and cover and bake on medium heat for 15 minutes.
step 4:
Pemove the foil and pour a suitable amount of soy sauce over everything.

The salmon and onions become more flavorful because they are soaked in butter and soy sauce.
