- 2 pieces salmon filets
- 7 ounces napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite–sized pieces.
step 2:
Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the salmon and napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
step 3:
Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.
comment:
The butter combines well with the soy sauce and gives this dish a mellow taste. As you know, salmon is rich in protein and also contains DHA, EPA, astaxanthin, etc. Napa cabbage is low in calories and contains lots of nutrients such as dietary fiber and folic acid.
