- 200 g fresh no salt salmon filets
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- salad oil for deep-frying
coating:
- 1/2 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
step 1:
Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over them.

Mix the grated ginger and soy sauce in a bowl or container. Add the salmon and let stand for 10 minutes.
