- (canned with soy sauce)
- 1/4 onion
- 3 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes
- 1 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Slice the onion thinly.

Add the olive oil to a frying pan. Add the onion and sear for 1 minute.

Add the sardines and canned tomatoes. Mix and cook for3 minutes.
