- 6 raw scallops
- 1/2 pound napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the scallops on each side a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan.
