- 12 shrimps
- 8 ounces cauliflower
- 1/6 cup chicken broth or soup stock
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sake or white wine
step 1:
Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite-size-pieces.
step 2:
Hull shell and devein the shrimps. Wash them.
step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the cauliflower and saute for 1 minute on medium heat. Add the chicken broth (or soup stock) and saute for 5 minutes.
step 4:
Add the shrimps and saute until the shrimps change color. Add the mayonnaise and soy sauce and saute for 1 minute.
comment:
Using sauteed mayonnaise as a seasoning is unique. The combination of shrimps, soy sauce and mayonnaise has a good taste.
