Wakame, Tomato & Onion Salad
Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried wakame
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 1/2 ounces onion
  • 1 cup water for soaking dried wakame
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step 1

step 1:

Pour the 1 cup water into a bowl and soak the dried wakame seaweed for about 15 minutes to reconstitute it. Drain the water.

Cut the tomato into 1/2 in. cubes. Slice the onion.

Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl. Add the wakame, tomato and onion and mix. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 3~4 hours.

The bitterness of the onion disappears when combined with the seasonings. This delicious dish is easy to eat, especially on a hot day. It is delicious even served on tofu or lettuce. Please try it.
