- 3 1/2 ounces surimi (imitation crabmeat)
- 3 1/2 ounces cabbage
- 1 ounce onion
- 3 ounces carrot
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- a little pepper
step 1:
Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion. Cut the carrot into julienne slices.

Tear the surimi into strips.
