- 2 g agar
- 20 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml water
Put the milk into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Put the water and agar into another pan. Mix and bring to a boil.
Add the sugar and hot milk to the water/agar mixture. Mix together for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and pour into a container. Chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
This dish is smooth and the sweetness is just right. It is very delicious.
